Our 2026 collection of luxury homes starts at €158,269 (50 m²) and our 2027 luxury villas range from about €673,640 to €1,887,000 for up to 597 m², 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Prices refer to the house only; plot, licences, foundations and connections are quoted separately in your project study.

Manufacturing takes around 6 months and runs in parallel with the foundation works on site, so delivery is considerably faster than traditional construction. The exact timeline is fixed in your proposal once permits are known.
