Building a luxury home abroad usually means unfamiliar contractors, languages and costs. Modular construction removes most of that risk: the house is built in a controlled factory and only assembled locally. Read our guide to luxury modular homes.

International luxury modular homes: FAQ
Do you deliver luxury modular homes outside Spain?
Yes. We build in Spain and across Europe — Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Poland, the UK, Romania and Albania — and study projects in other countries on request, assessing regulations, climate and logistics.
How are modular homes shipped internationally?
Modules are designed to standard transport dimensions so they can travel by truck, ferry or ship. Logistics are planned and quoted as part of your project study.
How much does an international luxury modular home cost?
The 2027 collection ranges from €158,269 (50 m²) to about €1,887,000 for up to 597 m², house only. Transport, duties, foundations and local works depend on the destination and are quoted in your free project study.
Will the house comply with local building codes abroad?
Yes. Structure, insulation, electrical and plumbing systems are engineered for the destination country's codes, and we work with a local architect to obtain permits.
How long does an international project take?
Manufacturing takes around 6 months. Transport within Europe usually takes days; assembly on site takes days to a few weeks depending on size.
Can I manage the project without travelling?
Yes. We keep you updated throughout manufacturing and assembly, and decisions can be made remotely in your language.
